I'm a former tv reporter, turned documentary style photographer and videographer who is most often carrying a baby in one arm and holding a little hand with the other... or sometimes sweating a lot holding both because be real, if one is being held, the other wants to be held too! haha
My heart sings when I capture your family in your element - the crinkle of your toddler's nose when they're laughing. The little bit of snack still left on their cheeks. The dimples in your baby's hand. Your newborn's peach fuzzy little shoulders and ears. The way you look at each other playing blocks on the floor of your home. Running around the house and backyard playing chase and hide-and-seek.
I care that the photos I capture, capture YOU. My goal is that these photos are what you show your kids at their own kitchen tables in the decades to come. I hope they can see the love you poured into your everyday and how perfect the imperfect really is.
Y'all don't need to be anything other than who you are in front of my lens. Let's preserve your everyday moments together. They're the things that matter most.
